We accept exchanges only.
Online Exchanges
We only replace online purchases if the items are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at mbtsupport@gmail.com for additional instructions.
In-Store Exchanges
If the item is the wrong size or you received the item as a gift and want to replace it with something else, drop by the store and we’ll exchange it for you.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, sale item purchases are final. Keep it – you got a great deal!
Online Exchange Shipping
To exchange your product, you should mail your product to the return address on the label. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We wish we were Amazon, but unfortunately, we aren’t!
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
